Getting started
We review comparable sales near the property and follow up by phone or email to confirm details about its condition, occupancy and your preferred timing. From there we arrange a time to see the property.
Offers and pricing
Four inputs: what the property is worth once repaired, the cost of the work required, carrying costs during that work, and the margin needed to take on the project. We share the comparable sales behind the figure.
Property condition
No. Properties are reviewed as they are, and belongings you do not want to move can stay behind.
Ownership situations
Yes. Probate sales require Letters of Office and, in supervised estates, court approval. We work alongside the estate's attorney throughout.
